I decided to finally finish a 2 page (captioned) Mind Control image set. The second image turned out better than I'd hoped, so I had to redo the first (initially done last year). Apparently the halls of academia just aren't safe ....

Uploaded two new (NSFW) pics to the Playroom. They're under "Dolls", but combine elements of mind control, robots and dolls.

There's a story that goes with 'em, but it's being written by someone else - a hidden fiend that emerges from his lair only to seek out new victims, an ancient terror that stalks the northlands. Unfortunately, I'm not at liberty to divulge his identity.

I just took a stroll through all of this years updates, and I enjoyed many of them, especially Snugglebunny 2, mostly for the costume.

Not surprisingly, "Let me Out" was my favorite, and I hope to see more genies in the future.

It's possible - I'd thought about doing a genie picture before Amy asked for one. Still haven't figured out how to do a good "forming out of smoke" effect, though. I probably ought to watch this clip a few times to help figure out how it ought to look.

Done in ten minutes as a proof of concept.
The steps
Render Amy in all her genie glory
Render Amy using a smoke-like material
Render the background/bottle
Bring both Amy Renders into PSP as layers
Erase with a light hand blending the two
use the warp brush/warp mesh on Amy's lover torso to twist and stretch the smoke
Arrange the background/bottle + Add a caption.

As a proof of concept it works fairly well.

That looks good. I may try something like that, though it'll probably take some work. DAZ doesn't have materials, so I'll have to experiment with texture and maybe transparency maps. Using the same color smoke as the area of skin or clothing where the fading starts would probably help, too.

Shadows may be a pain, though

Several things:

I've added two old marionette drawings to the Playroom - one in color pencil, the other a line drawing I finally got around to coloring on the computer.

I'm on deviantART now, though the only thing there is the recently colored drawing.
